REAC²H is an acronym that stands for Restoring Embodied Awareness, Compassionate Connection and Hope. As implied by the name, REAC²H is based on the notion that our deepest desire is to compassionately connect with ourselves and with others. This innate capacity for meaningful connection is already within each and every one of us, but at times we may need help rediscovering or restoring it. The REAC²H workshops can help with this process!

Using the specially designed therapeutic processes found in the REAC²H workshops, you can learn to reconnect with, and compassionately come to accept, your true nature. This transformation opens the door to meaningful connection with other people and lasting intimacy in romantic relationships. Using the wisdom of the body as a guide, you can become more aware of the thoughts and emotions that are holding you back from wholehearted living.

The REAC²H workshops encourage the use of time-honored mindfulness techniques to bring gentle awareness and compassion to the memories, beliefs, and emotions that are related to your experiences in close relationships. You will have an opportunity to learn much about how early attachment relationships with family members have shaped how you think and feel about yourself today. More importantly, you will learn practical ways to begin healing emotionally from attachment-related wounds so that you can be more present and whole with yourself and with others.
